Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. North Dade Front Porch Council Workforce 9
Readiness is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1795, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $382,675 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the North Dade Front 16
Porch Council Workforce Readiness as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1795. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
