Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Opa-Locka Police Station is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 928, herein incorporated b y reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Opa-Locka Police 14
Station as described in Appropriations Projec t Request 928. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
