Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami-Dade County Electric Automated side 9
Loading Garbage Truck & Charging Station is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 745, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $295,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami-Dade 16
County Electric Automated side Loading Garbage Truck & Charging 17
Station as described in Appropriations Project Request 745. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
