Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Opa-locka Passenger Vans is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 925, herein incorporated b y reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $105,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Opa-locka 14
Passenger Vans as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
925. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
