Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Additional Staffing for the Florida Council on 9
the Social Status of Black Men &Boys is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 742, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $259,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Legal Affairs and Attorney General to fund the 16
Additional Staffing for the Florida Council on the Social Status 17
of Black Men &Boys as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 742. 19
Section 3. This act shall take ef fect July 1, 2022. 20
