Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Dade College - Freedom Tower Restoration 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1797, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $25,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Miami Dade College - 16
Freedom Tower Restoration as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1797. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
