Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. South Daytona Harborside Stormwater Pond 9
Stationary Pump is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 690, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the South Daytona 16
Harborside Stormwater Pond Stationary Pump as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 690. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
