Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Daytona Beach Reuse Pump Station No. 90 is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 878, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Daytona 14
Beach Reuse Pump Station No. 90 as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 878. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
