Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Help Me Grow Florida Program is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1242, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,691,043 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Education to fund the Help Me Grow Florida 14
Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 1242. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
