Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Psychiatric Salary Support for a Bilingual 9
Psychiatrist is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 893, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $195,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Psychiatric 16
Salary Support for a Bilingual Psychiatrist as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 893. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
