Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Osceola Mental Health Inc d.b.a. Park Place 10
Behavioral Health Care Updated Electronic Health Records is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 892, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $529,965 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Children and Families to fund the Osceola Mental 17
Health Inc d.b.a. Park Place Behavioral Health Care Updated 18
Electronic Health Records as described in Appropriations Project 19
Request 892. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
