Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Hallandale Beach - Mental Health K-8 9
Wrap Around Services Program is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1772, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $469,024 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the City of 16
Hallandale Beach - Mental Health K-8 Wrap Around Services 17
Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 1772. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
