Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. North Miami Septic Tank to Sanitary Sewer 9
Conversion is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1738, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the North Miami 16
Septic Tank to Sanitary Sewer Conversion as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1738. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
