Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Surfside Memorial is an Appropriations Project 8
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 9
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1763, herein 10
incorporated by referenc e. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Surfside Memorial 14
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1763. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
