Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Jewish Community Services Long Term 9
Transitional Surfside Counseling is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1167, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $252,760 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Jewish Community 16
Services Long Term Transitional Surfside Counseling as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1167. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
