Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Seminole County Wekiva Springs Road 9
Intersection Improvements is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 623, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Seminole County Wekiva Springs Road Intersection Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 623. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
