Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Quantum Leap Farm Equine Assisted Therapy for 9
Special Need Children and Young Adults is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1686, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $118,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Quantum Leap 16
Farm Equine Assisted Therapy for Special Need Children and Young 17
Adults as described in Appropriations Project Request 1686. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
