Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Naples Senior Center Construction of New 9
Building is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1139, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Naples Senior Center 16
Construction of New Building as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1139. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
