Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Partnership to End Domestic Violence is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1402, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Children and Families to fund the Florida 15
Partnership to End Domestic Violence as described in 16
Appropriations Project Request 1402. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
