Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lakeview Center Law Enforcement Co -responder 9
Model is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1759, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $906,234 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Lakeview Center Law 16
Enforcement Co-responder Model as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1759. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
