Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Autism Playground is an Appropriations Project 8
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 9
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 300, herein 10
incorporated by reference . 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Autism 14
Playground as described in Appropriations Project Request 300. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
