Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Beulah Pedestrian Bridge is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1393, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,553,236 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 13
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 14
Beulah Pedestrian Bridge as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1393. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
