Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Florida Epilepsy Services Program (FESP) is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 732, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Health to fund the Florida Epilepsy Services 14
Program (FESP) as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
732. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
