Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Pensacola Humane Society Help Team is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1488, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $60,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Business and Professional Regulation to fund the 14
Pensacola Humane Society Help Team as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 1488. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
