Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Family Reconnection Program (FRP) is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1306, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $704,127 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Family 14
Reconnection Program (FRP) as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1306. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
