Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Encore Healthcare - Medicaid Respiratory 9
Disease Management Pilot Program is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1707, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,514,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Agency for Health Care Administration to fund the Encore 16
Healthcare - Medicaid Respiratory Disease Management Pilot 17
Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 1707. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
