Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. The Well - Center for Trauma Recovery, 9
Wellness, and Healing Justice is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1734, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $712,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund The Well - Center 16
for Trauma Recovery, Wellness, and Healing Justice as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1734. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
