Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Runway to Hope Pediatric Cancer Services 9
Expansion is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1810, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the Runway to Hope Pediatric 16
Cancer Services Expansion as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1810. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
