Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. LECOM Health: Clinic Based Services Outreach is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 763, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 14
the Department of Health to fund the LECOM Health: Clinic Based 15
Services Outreach as described in Appropriations Project Request 16
763. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
