Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Operation 300: Camp Valor is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1612, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Operation 300: 14
Camp Valor as described in Appropriations Project Request 1612. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
