Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Gadsden County Multipurpose Sports Complex at 9
St. Hebron is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1461, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $7,816,627 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protectio n to fund the Gadsden 16
County Multipurpose Sports Complex at St. Hebron as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1461. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
