Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Gadsden County COVID -19 Shelter at W.S. Stevens 9
School is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1390, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,950,560 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Gadsden 16
County COVID-19 Shelter at W.S. Stevens School as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1390. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
