Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Tallahassee TEMPO Workforce Training and 9
Education for Opportunity Youth is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 501, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Juvenile Justice to fund the Tallahassee TEMPO 16
Workforce Training and Education for Opportunity Youth as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 501. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
