Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Lehigh Acres Municipal Improvement District 10
Caloosahatchee River & Estuaries Storage & Treatment Phase III 11
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 12
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 1643, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $4,060,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lehigh 18
Acres Municipal Improvement District Caloosahatchee River & 19
Estuaries Storage & Treatment Phase III as described in 20
Appropriations Project Request 1643. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
