Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hendry County Port LaBelle Utility System 9
Wastewater Collection System is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1260, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Hendry County 16
Port LaBelle Utility System Wastewater Collection System as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1260. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
