Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Golden Beach Landfall Bunker is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1292, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Division of Emergency Management to fund the Golden Beach 14
Landfall Bunker as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1292. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
