Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Pembroke Pines - Senator Howard C. Forman Human 10
Services Campus Transportation Improvements Phase 1 is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 1527, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $800,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 16
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 17
Pembroke Pines - Senator Howard C. Forman Human Services Campus 18
Transportation Improvements Phase 1 as described in 19
Appropriations Project Reques t 1527. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
