Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. UF Health Jacksonville - Leon Haley, Jr., MD 9
Emergency Department and Trauma Center Replacement is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1158, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $8,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the UF Health Jacksonville - 16
Leon Haley, Jr., MD Emergency Department and Trauma Center 17
Replacement as described in Appropriations Project Request 1158. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
