Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Renovation of Old Stanton High School is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1610, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of State to fund the Renovation of Old Stanton 14
High School as described in Appropriations Project Request 1610. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
