Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of South Florida Sarasota -Manatee - 9
Academic STEM Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1043, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Board of Governors to fund the University of South Florida 16
Sarasota-Manatee - Academic STEM Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1043. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
