Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind - 9
Kramer Hall Renovation is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representati ves and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 466, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,477,865 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Florida School for the De af and the Blind to fund the 16
Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind - Kramer Hall 17
Renovation as described in Appropriations Project Request 466. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
