Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Flagler College Institute for Classical 9
Education is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1128, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Flagler College 16
Institute for Classical Education as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1128. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
