Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Personal Enrichment Through Mental Health 9
Services Crisis Stabilization Unit Beds is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The R ules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1008, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Personal 16
Enrichment Through Mental Health Services Crisis Stabilization 17
Unit Beds as described in Appropriations Project Request 1008. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
