Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Neighborly Care Network – Facility Build-Out is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1431, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 14
the Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Neighborly Care 15
Network – Facility Build-Out as described in Appropriations 16
Project Request 1431. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
