Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pinellas County - Pinellas County Schools Joint 9
Use Recreation Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1003, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Pinellas County - Pinellas 16
County Schools Joint Use Recreation Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1003. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
