Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. New Americans Project is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1449, herein incorporated by refe rence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $151,382 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Legal Affairs and Attorney General to fund the New 14
Americans Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1449. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
