Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Palmetto Homes Urban Development Group Inc. is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1342, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $332,178 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Palmetto Homes 14
Urban Development Group Inc. as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1342. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
