Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pediatric Vision Center - USF Eye Institute & 9
Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1521, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,275 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Pediatric Vision Center - USF 16
Eye Institute & Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1521. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
