Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okaloosa-Walton Mental Health and Substance 9
Abuse Pre-Trial Diversion Program is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1511, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $325,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Okaloosa-Walton 16
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Pre -Trial Diversion Program as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1511. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
