Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Myers The Salvation Army Co -Occurring 9
Residential Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1255, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Famili es to fund the Fort Myers The 16
Salvation Army Co-Occurring Residential Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1255. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
